A Mechanical License grants permission
to record copyrighted musical compositions on CDs, tapes, records,
and other digital configurations.
Gladde Music Publications requires a signed Mechanical License and royalty payments for recordings made for distribution of music published by Gladde Music Publications. *Royalty rates are currently $0.091 (9.1¢) per copy. A printable copy of the Mechanical License can be obtained by clicking on -
This form should be completed, signed, and mailed to Gladde Music Publications along with payment. A signed approval will be sent to you upon receipt of this agreement and payment. Please complete a separate Mechanical License for each title.

schedule of mechanical licensing rates is determined.
